We at Fish Nation are excited to represent this new top notch outfitter. Located on the bank of the Kasilof River, this lodge offers spectacular views of the river and surrounding Alaska scenery and serves as an excellent base to enjoy all that Alaska has to offer. They offer packages that provide the angler a variety of freshwater and saltwater options to pursue salmon, trout, steelhead, halibut, ling cod and rockfish. The rooms are comfortable, clean and provide a relaxing atmosphere for your Alaskan get away. The lodge is located on the west side of the Kenai peninsula and offers easy access to the Kasilof and Kenai Rivers, the Cook inlet and dining services in Soldotna.

Guests can prepare their own meals at the lodge or they can venture to nearby Soldotna, a town boasting a population of almost 5,000, to enjoy local dining, coffee shops, shopping or health care services.

They have partnered with some of the best fishing guides and charter services in the area to offer lodging and fishing packages from a quick weekend getaway to a full week of Alaskan adventure. Their complete packages are designed to provide a balance between guided angling and time to explore other aspects of the area on your own. All fishing and safety equipment is provided by the guide and charter services. The lodge will provide hip boots/ waders for river fishing as needed by their guests.

They offer six different lodging options to meet your party size. Whether you are up for a weekend of several weeks- they have a room for you.

All guests have access to private gravel bar for Sockeye (red) fishing

All guest lodging has: Free Wi-Fi; Blackout curtains in bedrooms; Kitchen area with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, stove and refrigerator.

All guests have access to the clubhouse amenities: Laundry facilities; Two saunas; Outdoor covered BBQ area; Common areas to enjoy meals and swap fish stories with fellow guests

LODGING OPTIONS:  There are 4 river cabin units and 2 two-bedroom cabins, to accommodate party sizes from 2 to 8 with world class salmon fishing right at your feet.

THE RIVER CABINS
These units are ideal for small parties of 2 people and can sleep up to 4. The Sockeye and Rainbow have a full bed and a twin over full bunk bed. The Coho and Steelhead have a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed. Each unit has a full bathroom, kitchen or access to the common kitchen in the club house, access to multiple gas grills and either a covered deck or balcony depending on whether it is an upper-level or ground unit. These units have the best views of the Kasilof River which is directly below.

  • Steelhead Cabin/ 2-4 guest ground level unit with private kitchen
  • Rainbow Cabin/ 2-3 guest ground level unit with access to the common kitchen
  • Sockeye Cabin/ 2-3 guest upper level unit with access to the common kitchen
  • Coho Cabin/ 2-4 guest upper level unit with private kitchen

CHINOOK CABIN
The chinook is the upper level of this house. This 2- bedroom cabin has a full bath, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and a balcony. Sleeping accommodations are a queen bed and a twin XL over twin XL bunk bed in each room. The master bedroom opens to a balcony. Minimum occupancy is 4 people, maximum is 6.

MOOSE CABIN
This is the largest unit with almost 1,000 square feet of living space. The cabin has a full kitchen, a half bath downstairs, living room, a full bath upstairs and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen ben and a twin XL over twin LX bunk bed. The second bedroom has two twin XL over twin XL bunk beds and opens to the balcony. The cabin also has a ground level deck. Additional sleeping accommodations are a full size futon on the main level. Minimum occupancy is 4 people with a maximum party size of 8.

CLUBHOUSE
The clubhouse is a common area for quest to get together and enjoy the evenings. The area has an indoor large kitchen, covered outdoor BBQ and picnic area, 2 saunas and a guest laundry.

Packages include lodging and fully guided fishing adventures. Fishing tackle and bait, waders, life jackets and rain gear are included with all guided trips. Any of the packages described below can be tailored to what you want out of your fishing adventure.

Looking to catch your King of a lifetime? The Kasilof River was open the entire 2023 fishing season and offers both hatchery and wild chinooks. Wild fish must be released, but hatchery fish may be retained. Available May 20- June 15. This package is $1,275 per person and includes:

SELF-SERVE SOCKEYE PACKAGE
For the do-it yourself sockeye (red) salmon fishermen who might need just a bit of tune up from a guide on their flossing technique and doesn’t feel like hauling their fishing gear on the plane. Available June 22- August 3. This package is $1,575 per person and includes:

ZERO LIMIT PACKAGE
This package is designed for the serious fly-fisher that is focused on catch and release fishing for large trout, steelhead, and coho salmon. Fishing is from power boat on the Kenai, drift boat on the Kasilof, and walk-in sight fishing on smaller waters. Available August 15- September 30. This package is $3,050 per person and includes:

SILVER AND GOLD PACKAGE
Fall is the time of year to enjoy the solitude and majesty of Alaska while catching Coho (Silver) Salmon, Rainbow and Dolly Varden and Steelhead Trout with a gold backdrop. It is the perfect time of year for the serious fisherman that still wants to take home fillets. Available August 15- September 30. This package is $2,575 per person and includes:

CAST AND BLAST PACKAGE
Want to start hunting but aren’t ready to quit fishing? Our waterfowl season starts Sept 1 for species such as Mallards, Pintails, Goldeneye, Teal, and Widgeon. We also have sandhill cranes during the first part of the season. Fishing is for coho salmon, trophy trout, and steelhead. Available September 1-30. This package is $2,875 per person and includes:
• 7 Nights Lodging
• 2 Salmon/ Steelhead Charters
• 3 days of waterfowl hunting and salmon fishing
• 1-50lb box of Flight Ready Fish Processing
• Note: Fishing gear is provided but you need to bring your own shotgun.

TAKE A KID FISHING SPECIAL
Looking for a chance to introduce your kids to fishing? This is a pink salmon year and there will be huge numbers of these fun to catch fish. Silvers will also be in the rivers and sockeye may be around. This is their way of encouraging the next generation of anglers. Available August 3-17. This package is $1,850 per adult and $1,050 for kids 8-16 of age and includes:
• 5 Nights lodging
• 3 guided river trips on the Kasilof or Kenai for pink and silver salmon

EARLY SEASON SPECIAL
Looking for a bargain when there are no crowds? Try fishing in the early season. This package includes king salmon, halibut and steelhead trout trips on the ocean and on the Kasilof river. Available during May. This package is $1,075 per person and includes:

• 2 Halibut/king salmon ocean charters
• 1 guided river trip on the Kasilof for steelhead and or king salmon

LOCAL GET-AWAY PACKAGE
Designed for the Alaskan who wants to get in the maximum amount of fishing at a reasonable price. Available Memorial day through September 30. This package is $850 per person and includes:
• 2 Nights Lodging
• 2 fully guided Salmon or trout charters.

Chinitna Bear Viewing: Expert guides will lead you on a journey to view native Alaskan bears in their natural habitat. You will travel through scenic routes where the bears are most active. Maybe you will be able to watch the bears feed on salmon or sunning themselves. Whatever you see, it will be a memory of a lifetime.

Seward Fjords Cruise: Watch the Alaska wilderness as you cruise through the Kenai Fjords national Park from Seward.
